Tratamentul local al arsurilor cu preparate azocomplexe

Abstract

Summary There were studied the azo - complex preparations in the treatment of donor areas after the fee coetaneous plasty. The obtained results showed that after the elaborated method the azo - complex preparations form a compact layer on the affected surface, which isolates the plague from the environment, it excludes the purulent process, it rennoves the pair and eases the patient’s sufferance. This method has a considerable importance in the treatment of burnings in children, in the extremal conditions and in the Civil Defiance system. Rezumat Au fost studiate preparate azo - complexe la tratamentul arsurilor şi a zonelor donore după plastica cutanată liberă. Rezultatele obţinute au arătat, că după metoda elaborată, preparatele azo - complexe formează la suprafaţa afectată un strat compact, care izolează plaga de mediul înconjurător, exclude procesul purulent, scoate durerea şi eliberează bolnavul de suferinţi. Această metodă are o mare însemnătate la tratamentul arsurilor la copii, în situaţii extremale şi în sistema de Apărare Civilă.
