Osteoartroza deformantă este cea mai frecventă suferinţă articulară şi a doua cauză de handicap la persoanele de peste 50 de ani. Scopul şi sarcinile studiului au fost efi cacitatea în ameliorarea durerii cu unguent Viprosal V, toleranţa şi efectele secundare ale unguentului Viprosal V. În studiu au fost incluşi pacienţi cu dureri musculo-scheletale, care au primit tratament cu ung.Viprosal V, terapia standartă cu antiinfl amatoare non-steroidiene şi cu ambele preparate în combinaţie. În grupul de bază au fost incluşi 30 de pacienţi, care au primit tratament cu ung. Viprosal V şi terapia cu antiinfl amatoare non-steroidiene. În primul grup de control - au fost incluşi 30 pacienţi, care au primit terapia cu antiinfl amatoare non-steroidiene şi în al doilea grup de control - au fost incluşi 30 pacienţi, care au primit ung. Viprosal V.
Terapia asociată cu antiinflamatoare non-steroidiene şi Viprosal V a îmbunătăţit starea generală a pacienţilor, şi a redus semnificativ doza de antiinflamatoare non-steroidiene. In the study there were included patients with musculoskeletal pain who were treated with ointment Viprosal V, standard therapy with non-steroid drugs and with both of them in combination. In the core group there were included 30 patients who were treated with ointment Viprosal V and non-steroid drugs therapy. In the first control group – there were included 30 patients who received therapy with non-steroid drugs and the second control group – there were included 30 patients who received ointment Viprosal V. Combination therapy with non-steroid drugs and Viprosal V improved patients’ general state, and significantly reduces the dose of non-steroid drugs.
Деформирующий остеоартроз является наиболее распространенной причиной боли в суставах и второй ведущей причиной инвалидности у людей старше 50 лет. Цель и задачи исследования были определить эффективность мази Випросал В в облегчении боли, определение толерантности и побочных эффектов мазь Випросал В. В исследовании были включены пациенты с мышечно-скелетной боли, которые получали мазь Випросал В, стандарт терапию нестероидными препаратами и с каждым из них в сочетании. В основной группе были включены 30 пациентов, которые лечились мазью Випросал В и нестероидыми препаратами. В первой контрольной группе - были включены 30 пациентов, которые получали терапию нестероидными препаратами и второй контрольнойгруппе - были включены 30 пациентов, которые получали мазь Випросал В. Комбинированная терапия с нестероидными препаратами и Випросал В улучшило общее состояние пациента, а также помголо значительно снизить дозу нестероидных лекарственных препаратов.
