Eficacitatea utilizării leflunomidei în tratamentul de fond al spondiloartritei anchilozante la femei

Abstract

Rezumat Spondiloartrita anchilozantă (SA) este o afecţiune cronică inflamatorie de etiologie necunoscută. Antiinflamatoarele nesteroidiene (AINS) se înscriu între grupurile de medicamente mai frecvent utilizate în tratamentul spondiloartritei anchilozante demonstrând un efect foarte bun la pacienţi. Pentru pacienţii refractari sau intoleranţi la AINS sunt folosite cu succes droguri antireumatice modificatoare de boală (DMARDs). Lefl unomida este pe larg utilizată în tratamentul maladiilor reumatice, înclusiv şi, a spondiloartritei anchilozante, fiind unul din cele mai utilizate DMARD în tratamentul SA, eficacitea rămânând totuşi neclară. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of unknown cause. Non-steroidal inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) have been the main treatment for AS and they have been shown to dramatically relieve the symptoms in some patients. For patients refractory or intolerant to NSAIDs, the disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Leflunomide has been used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases including AS for long time. Анкилозирующий спондилоартрит (АС) – одно из хронических воспалительных заболеваний опорнодвигательного аппарата неястной этиологии. Нестероидные противовoспалительные препараты (НПВП) чаще всего используются для лечения больных с АС c хорошим терапевтическим эффектом. Пациентам рефрактерным к НПВП или с побочными действиями назначают базисную терапию (DMARD). В эту группу входит Лефлуномид, который назначается и при АС, но ещё не с совсем ястной эффективностью. Цель нашего исследования была сравнительная характеристика эффективности лечения женщин с АС Лефлуномидом и НПВП.
