Flegmonul cervical în sfera ORL

Abstract

Rezumat Autorii prezintă 2 cazuri de fl egmon cervical ce au apărut ca urmare a otitei medii cronice supurate complicată cu otomastoidită și al 2 caz, ce a apărut în urma abcesului periamigdalian. În primul caz, fl egmonul cervical a fost asociat cu tromboza sinusului lateral și al venei jugulare cu piopneumotorax, iar în al 2-lea caz acesta a fost asociat cu hemoragie abundentă din artera carotidă comună, în zona de bifurcație, la 4 zi postoperator.

The authors present 2 cases of cervical phlegmon that occurred as a result of chronic suppurative otitis media complicated with otomastoiditis and another case, which arose from a peritonsillar abscess. In the first case, cervical phlegmon was associated with lateral sinus and jugular vein thrombosis with piopneumotorax, and in the 2nd case it was associated with profuse haemorrhage from the common carotid artery, in the bifurcation zone, at the 4th day postoperatively.

Авторы представляют 2 случая цервикальной флегмоны, которые произошли в результате хронического гнойного среднего отита, осложненного отомастоидитом, и 2 случая, которые произошли после паратонзилярного абсцесса. В первом случае шейная флегмона была связана с тромбозом бокового синуса и яремной вены с пиопненвмотораксом, а во втором случае он был связан с аномальным кровоизлиянием в общую сонную артерию в бифуркационной зоне через 4 дня после операции.
