Liver cirrhosis is a frequent chronic disabling disease, associated with numerous complications which have a negative
impact on the quality of life. This retrospective clinical study aims to asses the impact of different surgical intervences
on the quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis, who underwent surgery. Therapeutic impact on the quality of life was
measured using questionnaires SF-36 and LDOOL short form, calculating total scores and in different areas: in dependence
of performed surgical intervention, of the perriod of time and presence of complications. Conclusions of the study
were grouped and analised to get higher levels of the quality of life in these patients.
