Accesul endooral în osteosinteză la rebordul infraorbital

Abstract

A fost elaborată metoda de osteosinteză la rebordul infraorbital prin acces endooral cu protejarea fascicolului neurovascular infraorbital. Au fost demonstrate avantajele accesului endooral vizavi de accesul exooral. Metoda a fost aplicată cu succes la 4 pacienţi. În toate cazurile s-au obţinut rezultate satisfăcătoare.

Endooral access in osteosynthesis to the infraorbital ridge A method of osteosynthesis for access to the infraorbital ridge with preparation of the infraorbital neurovascular bundle has been developed. The indications and benefi ts of this method have been described. The method was successfully applied to 4 patients. In all cases we obtained a high degree of satisfaction.

Внутриротовой доступ при остеосинтезе нижнего края орбиты Был разработан метод остеосинтеза для доступа к нижнему краю орбиты внутриротовым способом и подготовки подглазничного нервно-сосудистого пучка. Были установлены показания и преимущества внутриротового доступа к нижнему краю орбиты. Метод был успешно применен у 4-х пациентов. Во всех случаях были получены хорошие результаты.
