Proprietăţile biochimice ale celulelor endocrine difuze din endometrul uterului femelei de şobolan

Abstract

Rezumat Scopul acestui studiu a fost investigarea proprietăților biochimice ale celulelor din endometrul uterului femelei de șobolan, care conțin serotonină, în vederea apartenenței lor la sistemul endocrin difuz. Acest fapt a fost demonstrat în baza capacității celulelor de a sintetiza serotonina din predecesori, precum triptofan și 5-hidroxitriptofan. La administrarea precursorilor și a serotoninei exogene s-a atestat o sporire considerabilă a indicelui serotoninic și a indicelui de secreție a serotoninei, fapt ce denotă prezența în aceste celule a enzimelor specifice metabolismului serotoninei: triptofan-5-hidroxilaza şi 5- hidroxitriptofandecarboxilaza. Astfel, datele atestă apartenența celulor studiate la sistemul endocrin difuz, dar și faptul implicării sistemului dat, prin intermediului serotoninei, atât în procesele fiziologice reproductive normale din uter cât și cele patologice.

The aim of the research was the investigation of the biochemical properties of the cells from uterus endometrium, which contain serotonin, for their belonging to diffuse endocrine system. It was shown based on the determination of the cells' capacity to synthesize serotonin from such precursors as tryptophan and 5-hydroxytryptophane. At the administration of the precursors, as well as of exogenous serotonin, a strong increase of the serotonin index and index of serotonin secretion was determined. These confirmed the presence of the enzymes specific to serotonin metabolism: tryptophan 5-hydroxylase and 5- hydroxytryptophan carboxylase. Thus, the findings showed that studied cells belonged to the diffuse endocrine system, but also that this system was involved by the mean of the serotonin both in normal and pathologic reproductive processes.

Целью данного исследования являлось изучение биохимических свойств клеток эндометрия матки, которые содержат серотонин, на их принадлежность диффузной эндокринной системе. Доказательством являлось определение свойства клеток синтезировать серотонин из таких пре- курсоров как триптофан и 5-гидрокситриптофан. При администрировании прекурсоров, а так же внешнего серотонина было обнаружено сильное увеличение серотонинового индекса и индекса секреции серотонина, что доказывает существование в данных клетках ферментов специфичных метаболизму серотонина: триптофан 5-гидроксилаза и 5-гидрокситриптофанкарбоксилаза. Таким образом, данные доказывают принадлежность изученных клеток диффузной эндокринной системе, но и факт вовлечения данной системы посредством серотонина как в нормальные физиологические репродуктивные процессы в матке, так и в патологические.
