Formarea competenţelor de implementare a Programului Naţional Conduita Integrată a Maladiilor la Copii, elevi ai colegiilor de medicină în baza metodologiilor didactice actuale

Abstract

The process of development and restructuring in Health System of Republic of Moldova imposed the necessity to prepare the qualified medical staff in pediatrics with promoting of various reforms, especially Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) strategy, incorporated as a National Program in Republic of Moldova. IMCI strategy stipulates the access to qualified medical care for sick children in the early years across the country. A special role in medical care offering to sick children has the middle medical stuff, that work independently in more than 40% of medical offices in the country. In 2007 New Curriculum in Pediatrics was elaborated for qualification – medical assistant and feldsher, with including IMCI module studied at IV-th semester. New Curriculum was approved at Republican Methodical Meeting of professors of pediatrics from all medical colleges in the country. Thus begun the promoting of a new concept of medical specialist training in early childhood education and care problems according to a world standard. IMCI integrated course implementation in pediatric study programs has a positive impact on increasing the number of health workers thoroughly trained, who will be able to work independent even from the time of graduation the institution.

Процесс развития и реструктуризации системы здравоохранения в Республике Молдова привел к необходимости качественной подготовки медицинских работников с помощью внедрения различных реформ, в частности, стратегии Интегрированного Ведения Болезней Детского Возраста (ИВБДВ). Стратегия ИВБДВ включена в Национальную Программу и обеспечивает доступ к качественной медицинской помощи больным детям раннего возраста. Особую роль в лечении больных детей играет и средний медицинский персонал, который более чем в 40% медицинских учреждений на периферии работает самостоятельно. В 2007 году был разработан новый учебный план по педиатрии в медицинских коллледжах для квалификации медсестер и фельдшеров. Модуль ИВБДВ включен для изучения в IV семестре. Новый учебный план утверждён на методическом заседании преподавателей педиатрии всех медицинских колледжей страны. Таким образом, началось продвижение новой концепции подготовки средних медицинских кадров по вопросам раннего воспитания и ухода за детьми по мировым стандартам. Реализация интегрированного курса ИВБДВ в учебных программах по педиатрии, оказывает положительное влияние на увеличение количества средних медицинских работников, тщательно подготовленных, работающих автономно с момента окончания учебы.
