Abstract: | În perioada 01.02.1993 - 01.12.2013 în cadrul Clinicii Chirugie nr.2 au fost internaţi şi operaţi 7 pacienţi cu vîrsta medie 46,3 ani, cu diagnosticul
de “Insulinom pancreatic”. Diagnosticul a fost stabilit în baza simptomelor neuro-psihice şi adrenergice, indicelor de laborator
(glicemia scăzută, insulina ridicată) şi metodelor imagistice CT, RMN. Operaţiile de elecţie au fost: 3 pancreatectomii corporo - caudale cu
prezervarea splinei, 2 pancreatectomii corporo - caudale fără prezervarea splinei şi 2 enucleeri ale tumorii. In the period 01.02.1993 – 01.12.2013 in the Surgery Clinic No.2 were hospitalized and operated on 7 patients with a mean age 46.3 years,
diagnosed with “pancreatic insulinoma”. The diagnosis was established based on neuro-psychiatric symptoms and adrenergic laboratory
indices (low blood sugar, high insulin) and CT imaging methods, MRI. Elective operations were: 3 pancreatectomy corporo - tail with splenic
preservation, two pancreatectomy corporo – tail with preservation of the spleen preservation and two enucleation. |
