Abstract: În articol autorii analizează rezultatele tratamentului ortopedie și chirurgical a 26 pacienţi cu traumatisme a regiunii cervical superioare. Tratamentul ortopedic a fost indicat în fracturi-disjuncţie a atlantului tip Jeferson, fracturi apofizei odontoide fără dislocare, fracturii-luxaţii C2, tip I-II, subluxaţii rotatorii atlanto-axiale. Pacienţii au fost investigaţi radiografii faţă, profil în incidenţe standard, transbucal, în cazuri neclare pentru diagnostic s-a efectuat CT şi CT 3D. Rezultatele tratamentului ortopedic la distanţa bun si satisfăcător in 92% cazuri.
The experience of authors for 26 cases were studied the patients with superior cervical vertebral traumas especially C1-C2 – with the orthopedic treatment. The orthopedics treatment performed for in transligamentar dislocation cases of atlas in fractures type Gefferson, fractures of odontoid apophysis and spondyloliesthysis of C2, rotational subluxation of atlas. The orthopedics treatment these cases done by skull traction using Glisson ans, manual reduction under control of imagine intensifier and immobilization in cast cranio-thoracic for the period from 1,5 mouths for 6-8 mouths depends on the grade of lesions. In the majority cases the final result of reduction was vary satisfaction and well lot long distance we have.
