Abstract: Articolul este bazat pe experienţa de 18 ani a tratamentului pacienţilor cu patologie vertebrală, precum şi pe concepţiile contemporane de tratament a lor. Se atrage atenţie asupra celor cauze, care pot declanşa durerea de spate-membre de diferite localizări, diferenţierea lor de patologii cu mimicrie simptomatică şi în fond – alegerea algoritmului curativ corect.
In this article, based on 18-years experience of treatment of patients with vertebral pathology and also on contemporary conceptions the basic conditions of occurrence of spine pains are reflected. The purpose is differential diagnostic and to show a principal causes of diagnostic errors, the choice of correct algorithm of treatment.
