Построение диагностическо-лечебной тактики некоторых наследственно-предрасположенных заболеваний тазобедренного сустава у детей

Abstract

În articol sunt analizate şi apreciate rezultatele tratamentului chirurgical la 135 bolnavi cu sindromuri displazice ereditar-determinate a articulaţiei şoldului (sindromul instabilităţii articulaţiei coxo-femurale, sindromul necrozei, sindromul epifiziolizei capului femural). În baza analizei quadriple a articulaţiei soldului (structura, solicitarea, distrugerea, procesul reactiv) este propus algoritmul diagnostic al acestor boli şi intervenţiile adecvate pentru corijarea lor în dependenţă de schimbările structurale, raporturile biomecanice si destrucţiile aparente.

In the articles analysed and appraised results of operative treatment 135 patients with dysplastic syndromes a hip joint, conditioned the inherited inclination (syndrome of instability a hip joint, syndrome of necrosis of head femoral bone, sleeped capital epiphyses of femur. On the basis of four-linked description of joint (structure, loading, destruction, reactive process) the algorithm of diagnostics, indicated diseases, and adequate surgical interventiom is offered for their correction, taking into account structural changes, biomechanics mutual relations and origins of destructions.
