| Abstract: | Background. Transoral approach is an advanced neurosurgical technique in the treatment of
atlantoaxial dislocation with spinal cord compression. Good cooperation between the surgical
and the anesthetic teams during the treatment of this pathology plays a key role in achieving a
positive result. |
