| Abstract: | Are presented the discussions of the literature with reference to the defi nition of
occupational stress, the causes, the negative effects, the relationship between
stress and performance, relationship between stress and job satisfaction, and
the means and management tools of the occupational stress.
Представлены обсуждения в литературе об определении стресса
на рабочем месте, причины, негативные последствия, связь между
стрессом и производительностью труда, а также инструменты
управления стрессом на работе. |
