Abstract

Este prezentată confirmarea importanţei sinostozării tibio-fibulară în amputaţia la nivel de gambă. Această operaţie, care se efectua de regulă pe parcursul multor ani, neargumentat a devenit o raritate chiar şi în cadrul instituţiilor medicale specializate; iar în consecinţă numărul de bonturi vicioase este în creştere.

The acknowledgment of the importance of osteoplastic tibiofibular synostosis in leg amputation is presented. This operation which was carried out for many years currently became unreasonably a rarity even in the conditions of specialized medical institutions. Therefore the quantity of pathological stumps grows.
