Abstract: The results of the complex study of the urinary bladder wall (intraorganic blood vessels, membranes, intramural vegetative plexus) morphofunctional condition and pro- and antioxidant systems during the 1st day of posthypothermic period and during the 1st day of modeled acute full retention of urine outflow, which was performed in the experiment at 21 mature male rats, weight 160-180 g (7 animals – control group), were presented in this work. In the studied structures, the reactive-destructive changes, and after biochemical data – activation of peroxidation were found. During the same term under conditions of the full urethral obstruction, the destructive changes and progressing of endogenic intoxication took place.
