Abstract: In order to study the clinical, evolving and therapeutic features of COPD complicated by comorbid pathology, 208 patients were studied. It was established that the severity of comorbidity increases with severity of the disease and age of the patient. Interaction of age, disease and drug pathomorphism factors alters the clinic state and course of the disease. The management of an old-aged comorbid patient requires individual approach.
