Some bioethical and medical aspects of gynecological oncology

Abstract

Background. Curently, oncogynecological diseases are increasing, being present in the top of the most prevalent diseases in the world with an irreversible and harmful health effect. The elucidation of medical aspects and the promotion of bioethics principles allow the improvement of doctor-patient relationship. Objective of the study. Highlighting the most important and necessary medical and bioethical aspects of oncogynecological diseases, to implement an efficient treatment, as well as provide an objective analysis between prevention-treatment-improvement of these diseases. Material and Methods. There were analysed the scientific publications in the field of medical ethics, bioethics and gynecological oncolog. The methods applied: bioethics, analytics, sociology and statistics. Results. The target patient, subject to the predisposition of the given diseases is the woman, so that, there are a series of consequences the patient must bear, to reshape them in the daily-performed actions and behavior. The patient's early awareness of the announced diagnosis and the careful and accurate use of the bioethics principles and the imposed necessary medical components will provide the possibility to apply in action an useful individual treatment plan, efficient and indispensable for the patient's health. Conclusion. (1) The medical education for target population will reduce the pacients' negligence to regular examinations and own gynecological health. (2) Prevention practice, treatment in this field and the professional use of bioethical principles contribute to reduce the oncogynecological diseases. Introducere. Actualmente, maladiile oncoginecologice își resimt tot mai mult prezența în clasamentul celor mai răspândite boli din lume cu efect ireversibil și nefast asupra sănătății. Elucidarea aspectelor medicale și promovarea principiilor bioeticii permit ameliorarea semnificativă a relației medicpacient. Scopul lucrării. Evidențierea celor mai importante și necesare aspecte medicale și bioetice ale bolilor oncoginecologice în scopul implimentării unui tratament eficient, dar și oferirea unei analize obiective între prevenire-tratare-ameliorare a maladiilor date. Material și Metode. Au fost analizate publicații științifice din domeniul eticii medicale, bioeticii și oncologiei ginecologice. S-au aplicat metodele: bioetică, analitică, sociologică și statistică. Rezultate. Pacientul țintă predispus la maladiile date este femeia, astfel apar un șir de consecințe pe care pacienta trebuie să le suporte, să le remodeleze în acțiunile și comportamentul realizate cotidian. Conștientizarea precoce de către pacientă a diagnozei anunțate și utilizarea atentă și cu maximă acuratețe a principiilor bioeticii și a componentelor medicale ce se impun va oferi posibilitatea de aplicare în acțiune a unui plan individual de tratament util, eficient și indispensabil sănătății pacientului. Concluzii. (1) Educația medicală a populației țintă va diminua neglijența pacientelor față de examinările periodice și propria stare de sănătate. (2)Aplicarea prevenției, tratamentului în domeniul vizat și utilizarea profesionistă a principiilor bioetice contribuie la reducerea maladiilor oncoginecologice.
