Abstract

Summary:

High polymorphism is observed in the symptomatology of GERD. However, all the symptoms can be divided into typical, specific to this pathology, atypical and general. Together with the common symptoms, there are symptoms able to dissimulate the main disease (broncho-pulmonary, cardiac, otolaryngological, hematological, etc.). For a correct diagnosis, clinicians should be aware of “masks” of GERD manifestations.

Отмечается большой полиморфизм в симптоматологии ГЭРБ. Однако все симптомы могут быть разделены на типичные, характеризующие данную патологию, атипичные и общие. Наряду с этим часто встречаются симптомы, которые скрывают основное заболевание (бронхолегочные, кардиальные, отоларингологические, гематологические и т.д.). Для правильной диагностики практикующие врачи должны знать «маски» проявления ГЭРБ.
