Переломы лодыжек являются срочной травматологической патологией и составляют порядка 40-45% всех переломов костей нижних конечностей. Большая частота данного вида повреждений, значение и сложность правильной диагностики и адекватного алгоритма действий на этапах оказания медицинской помощи в целях получения положительных результатов аргументируют постоянную актуальность проблемы.
