Hepatitele virale B, C şi D la copii. Aspecte clinice, epidemiologice şi de evoluţie

Abstract

Summary. Viral hepatitis B, C and D in children are a global problem, despite the introduction of the vaccine against viral hepatitis B. Our study evaluated 40 children diagnosed with hepatitis B, C and D, establishing the most frequent transmission routes to be parenteral, perinatal and habitual. In 45 % of the cases the clinical signs were polymorphic, which lead to diffi culties in establishing the diagnosis. The clinical diagnosis was confirmed using blood tests for hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B antigen, antibody to hepatitis B core antigen IgM/ IgG, antibody to hepatitis C IgM/IgG, antibody to hepatitis D IgM/IgG, and by determining HBV-DNA, HDV/HCV-RNA via PCR.

Резюме. Вирусные гепатиты B, C и D у детей являются серьезной глобальной проблемой, вопреки введению программы вакцинации против вирусного гепатита В. Наше исследование включило 40 детей с установленным клиническим диагнозом вирусного гепатита B, C и D, с выявлением путей заражения, чаще всего парентерального, перинатального и бытового. В 45% случаев, у больных была выражена полиморфическая симптоматология, что представило трудности в установлении клинического диагноза. Клинический диагноз был подтвержден методом тестирования маркеров вирусных гепатитов (НВsAg, HBeAg, IgM/IgG анти-HBc, IgM/IgG анти-HVC, IgM/IgG анти-HVD) и выявления DNA-HVB, RNA-HVC/HVD методом ПЦР.
