Aspecte economice ale cirozelor hepatice virale

Abstract

Summary. This article reveals the economic impact of the viral hepatic cirrhosis in Moldova, using a quantitative methodology assessment. The socio-economic significance of liver cirrhosis is determined by the size of direct expenditures (hospitals and ambulatory care), the indirect costs (the influence of health status on work capacity), and the influence of these costs on the society as a whole and on the patient as an individual. During 2008 the average cost for viral hepatitis B cirrhosis was 32 956,5 lei, for viral cirrhosis caused by virus C was 33 456 lei and for viral liver cirrhosis D was 33 963,4 lei.

Резюме. В статье отражен методологический подход к количественной оценке ущерба, наносимого вирусными циррозами печени в Республике Молдова. Социально-экономическое значение циррозов печени (ЦП) определяется уровнем прямых расходов (амбулаторная помoщь и больничная помощь), косвенных расходов (влияние на состояние здоровья и трудоспособность), общественных расходов, а также затрат на каждого больного в отдельности. Установлено, что средняя стоимость одного случая заболевания в 2008 году составляла для цирроза печени В – 32 956,5 лей, цирроза печени С – 33 456 лей и цирроза печени вызванного вирусом D – 33 963,4 лей.
