Abstract: Summary. Venous thromboses meet in practice of doctors of various specialties. Clinical situations when thromboses arise at a lack of anticoagulant factors and fibrinogepenia are possible and named (thrombofilia).In some cases, coagulation activation occurs spontaneously with formation of thromboses of various localization. We result a clinical case of the man of 34 years with combined hematological thrombofilia, caused by Vа factor resistance in action of a protein C.
