| Abstract: | Rezumat. A fost elaborată metoda spectrofotometrică de dozare a fenobarbitalului în capsule operculate (5 mg), fiind o metodă exactă, specifică,
reproductibilă avînd o eroare relativă de ±1,84%. Metoda spectrofotometrică se recomandă de a fi inclusă în monografi a farmacopeică
temporară la Capsule fenobarbital 5 mg, la compartimentul dozare.
Summary. A spectrophotometric method was developed for the dosage of Phenobarbital in operculated capsules (5 mg). This is an exact, specific,
reproducible method, having a relative error of ± 1.84%. The spectrophotometric method is recommended to be included in the temporary pharmacopoeial monograph on Phenobarbital Capsules 5 mg at the dosing compartment. |
