Abstract: | Introducere. Studiile despre îngrijirea paliativă în R. Moldova şi verigele principale care protejează organismul împotriva suferinţelor cauzate de boli paliative prezintă interes major pentru practica medicală [1].
Scopul lucrării. Studiul manifestărilor clinice şi a medicaţiei bolilor paliative în perioada anilor 2015-2017.
Material şi metode. Analiza a 97 cazuri de boli paliative efectuată la Fundaţia Filantropică Medico-Sociale „Angelus Moldova”.
Rezultate. în baza rezultatelor obţinute s-a constatat, majoritatea cazurilor de boli paliative au fost cauzate de cancer de glandă mamară, cancer pulmonar şi cancer al colului uterin. în jur de 70 la sută cazuri de adresare, boala a fost deja în stadiul III B sau chiar IV, când şansele de supravieţuire la 5 ani sunt minime sau chiar inexistente. Cele mai comune semne şi simptome caracteristice bolii au fost osalgii violente (100%); artralgii (26%); greaţă, vomă, constipaţii (84%), anorexie (83%), pierdere în greutate (48%), febră (25%), slăbiciune generală (76%). Tratamentul bolilor paliative a constat în administrarea analgezicelor opiacee (92%), glucocorticoizilor (82%), diureticelelor (34%), anxioliticelor (28%), hipnoticelor (22%), antidepresivelor (15%) şi laxativelor (38%).
Concluzii. îngrijirea paliativă este o abordare care îmbunătăţeşte calitatea vieţii pacienţilor prin identificarea precoce, evaluarea corecta şi tratamentul adecvat. Introduction. The studies concerning the palliative care in the Republic of Moldova and the main branches that protect the organism against suffers caused by palliative diseases present major interest for medical practice [1].
The aim of the study. The study of clinical manifestations and medication of palliative diseases between 2015 and 2017.
Material and methods. Analysis of 97 cases of palliative diseases made at the Medical-Social Philantropic Foundation „Angelus Moldova”.
Results. Based on the obtained results, we can conclude that the most of cases of palliative diseases were caused by breast cancer, lung cancer and cancer of the cervix. In about 70% of cases, the disease was at III B or even IV stage, when survival chances in 5 years are minimal or non-existent. The main signs and specific symptoms of the disease were violent bone pain recorded at all hospitalized patients (100%); arthralgia (26%), nausea, vomiting, constipation (84%), anorexia (83%), weight loss (48%), fever (25%), general weakness (76%). The treatment of palliative diseases consisted in administration of opioid analgesics (92%), glucocorticoids (82%), diuretics (34%), anxiolytics (28%), hypnotics (22%), antidepressants (15%) and laxatives (38%).
Conclusions. Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of patient’s life by early identification, correct evaluation and adequate treatment. |
