Abstract: | A study was made regarding the completion of pregnancy with breech presentation in a large number of women. As a
result of the study some serious functional and morphological changes were noticed in the central nervous system of a large
number of infants. The perinatal mortality rate has proven to be 5-6 times hinger than for infants born in cephalic presentation. These circumstances served as basis of including the breech presentation in the pathology of obstetrics. An individual
approach towarss the completion of pregnancy in cases of breech presentation, can significantly improve the results.
