Debutul nostru în tehnica splenectomiei laparoscopice în maladiile hematologice

Abstract

Our study is a analyse of 6 haematological patients operated in the IOM of gastrology department with haematological diseases. Of the 6 patients, the 2 were with autoimmune thrombocytopenia (one of them with Fischer – Evans syndrome), the 2 patients with aplastic anemia, the one with hereditary hemolytic anemia microsferocitara (Minkowsky – Chauffard) and the one patient with non-Hodgkin lymphoma with spleen demage. In two cases conversion to the past. If autoimmune thrombocytopenia were positive immediate results with recovery the number of platelets aven intraoperatively but in early days after operation, was recorded the thrombocytosis within limits 700 – 1.000.000x109/l. The one patient with aplastic anemia dieded within 24 hours in the hemorrhagic shock result.

Studiul nostru constituie analiza celor 6 bolnavi hematologici operaţi în secţia gastrologie a IOM pe motive de patologii hematologice. Dintre cei 6 bolnavi, 2 au fost cu trombocitopenie autoimună (unul dintre ei cu sindrom Fischer – Evans), 2 bolnavi cu anemie aplastică, un bolnav cu anemie hemolitică microsferocitară (Minkowsky – Chauffard) şi o bolnavă cu limfom non-Hodgkin cu afectarea splinei. În două cazuri la început de implementare a metodei s-a trecut la conversie. În cazul trombocitopeniilor autoimune rezultatele imediate au fost pozitive cu restabilirea numărului de trombocite chiar intraoperator, iar în primele zile după operaţie s-a înregistrat trombocitoze în limitele 700 – 1.000.000x109/l. Un bolnav cu anemie aplastică a decedat în rezultatul şocului hemoragic în primele 24 ore.
