| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis of flavonoids ( rutoside, hyperoside, quercetol) from 4 species of
Hypericum (H. perforatum L., H. elegans Steph., H. tetrapterum Fries., H. hirsutum L.) was
performed by the TLC method.
The quantitative determination of flavonoids from vegetal drugs was performed by the
spectophotometric method.
Prin tehnica cromatografie pe strat subţire în părţile aeriene ale 4 specii de Hypericum (H.
perforatum L., H. elegans Steph., H. tetrapterum Fries., H. hirsutum L.) din flora spontană, s-a
identificat prezenţa flavonozidelor (rutozidă, quercetol, hiperozidă).
Dozarea totalului de flavonozide în produse vegetale s-a efectuat prin metoda
spectrofotometrică. |
