| Abstract: | Summary
This study was based on investigation data and the results identified during the treatment of patients
suffering from ureterolithiasis (extracorporeal lithotripsy - 753 observations, ureterolithoextraction
and ureterolithotripsy - 101 observations). Thus, extracorporael lithothripsy and ureteroscopy are
the uncontestable leaders in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Ureterolythiasis treatment method
is chosen depending on the concrete clinical situation, as well as availability of the necessary
equipment within the clinics. |
