Abstract: Summary. Lupus nephritis has an important impact in the lupus visceral disorders and influences outcome of the disease. 40 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were examined. Renal disorders were revealed in 28 studied cases. Arterial hypertension, seric creatinin elevation, T-lymphocytes and CIC reduction related to HLA B8 and HLA A10 are unfavorable signs of SLE evolution and require more aggressive treatment.
