Phyziotherapy rehabilitation of patients with diabetes after transtibial amputation of the lower limbs

Abstract

This article discusses the use of various rehabilitation programs for natients with transtibial amputation of the lower limb and their impact on clinical, functional and psychosocial status of the patients. It determines the validity of the application Trinity Amputation and Prosthesis Experience Scale (TAPES) scale in the evaluation of the quality of life and its socio-medical component of this category of patients.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы применения различных программ реабилитации больных с транстибиальной ампутацией нижней конечности и их влияние на клинико- функциональный и психосоциальный статусе пациентов. Определяется правомерность применения шкалы TAPES (Trinity Amputation and Prosthesis Experience Scale) в оценке качества жизни и ее социально- медицинской составляющей для данной категории пациентов.
