Жевательная эффективность у лиц с физиологической окклюзией и пациентов с дистальной окклюзией

Abstract

Резюме. Зубочелюстная система человека является сложным морфофункциональным комплексом, выполняющим большое количество функций, в том числе жевания. В данной работе особое внимание уделялось исследованию работы мышц челюстно–лицевой области и эффективности жевания у детей и подростков с дистальной окклюзией зубных рядов, для чего использовался метод электромиографии.

Rezumat. Aparatul dento–maxilar la omul primitiv constituie un complex morfofuncţional complicat, avînd un număr mare de funcţii printre care si funcţia de masticaţie. În lucrarea dată o mare atenţie se acordă examinării funcţiei mușchilor OMF și eficacitatea masticaţiei la copii si adolescenţi cu anomalii a ocluziei distale, unde a fost folosită o metodă suplimentară de examinare– electromiografia.

Summary. Human dentition is a morphofunctional complex, performing a number of functions, including chewing. In this paper, special attention is given to the study of the maxillofacial area muscles and the effectiveness of chewing in children and adolescents with distal occlusion of dentition. An electromyographyc method was used.
