Активность глутатионтрансферазы и содержание глутатиона в слюне детей с флюорозом

Abstract

Резюме. Была определена концентрация восстановленного глутатиона (GSH), белка и активность глутатионтрансферазы (GST) в слюне у 49 (12 лет) здоровых и с флюорозом детей из села Попяска района Штефан Водэ. Полученные результаты отражают изменения содержания глутатиона и активности глутатионтрансферазы в слюне у детей с флюорозом

Rezumat. A fost determinata concentrația de glutation redus (GSH), proteinа și activitatea glutation transferazei (GST) in saliva la 49 elevi (de 12 ani) sănătoși și cu fluoroza din satul Popeasca raionul Ștefan Vodă. Rezultatele obținute reflectă modificările conținutului glutationei și activităței glutation transferazei în saliva copiilor cu fluoroză.

Summary. It was determined the concentration ofreduced glutathione (GSH), protein and activity of glutathione transferase (GST) in saliva of 49 (12 years) healthy and with fluorosis children from Popeasca village of Stefan Voda region. The results reflect changes in the glutathione content and glutathione transferase activity in the saliva of children with fluorosis.
