Abstract

Rezumat Factorii cauzali a bolii inflamatorii parodontale pot fi variate, fiind de origine exogenă și endogenă, condiţionat împărţiti în factori generali și locali. Influenţa radiaţiei ionizante asupra ţesuturilor parodontale este asociată nu numai cu o singură expunere la eliberarea dăunătoare a materialelor radioactive, dar, de asemenea, și de acţiunea lor continuă pe toată perioada de ședere în zona de iradiere. Mobilitatea patologică a dinţilor — unul dintre semne clinice ale parodontitei marginale cronice care duce la dezintegrarea dentiţiei. Punţi dentare-șine metalo-ceramice sunt unul din cele recomandate sisteme fixe de imobilizare a dinţilor mobili parodontotici.

Summary Causal factors of periodontal inflammatory disease can be various, being of exogenous and endogenous origin, conditionally divided into general and local factors. The influence of ionizing radiation on periodontal tissues is associated not only with a single exposure to the harmful release of radioactive materials, but also by their continued activity throughout their staying in the irradiated area. Pathological mobility of the teeth is one of the clinical signs of the chronic periodontitis leading to the disintegration of the dental arch. Porcelaine-Fusedto-Metal Partial Fixed Denture is one of the recommended fixed immobilization systems of mobile teeth in chronic marginal periodontitis.
