Summary There were 30 patients being examinated and treated completely (12 Males and 18 Females), aged between 42-68, with a partial edentulous and cranio-mandibular dysfunction (CMD), confirmed by the clinical and para clinical examination (CT, electromyographic and condylographic examination, wax-up technique). The clinical manifestation of CMD has been proven to be dependent of the period that passed from the toothloss, the area and localization of the dental arcade breach, occlusion type and the number of the antagonists tooth. Therefore, the concept of the complex rehabilitation was elaborated, wich includes the analgesic and miorelaxant therapy when it was indicated, physiotherapy procedures, craniomandibular reposition and individual prosthetic treatment.
