Politica securității umane în condițiile pandemiei COVID-19

Abstract

Human security policy has to be promoted in the current Covid-19 pandemic as an appropriate response to this global challenge. It must be based on bioethical principles and methodology. This policy of human security must become a basic component of the comprehensive policy of social modernization world wide and in the Republic of Moldova, because the Covid-19 pandemic is not only a security challenge, but also a great opportunity to reform and modernize human society. The society in the Republic of Moldova also has a pressing need to over come the global crisis in general, and to overcome the current Covid-19 pandemic in particular, in order to overcome all the human security problems it has accumulated throughout its recent history.
