În lucrare se subliniază particularităţile morfologice ale dentinei şi adeziunii compozitelor la acest ţesut. În scopul ameliorării acestui fenomen în procesul de formare a cavităţii, se argumentează necesitatea creării microretentivităţilor cu aspect miniinvaziv în ţesuturile dentare.

Summary The article emphasizes the morphological peculiarities of dentine and the adhesion of composites to this tissue. Aiming at improving the effect in the process of cavity formation, the importance of creating microretentitivities miniinvasively into the dental tissues is being reasoned.
