Utilizarea sistemului Rubber Dam - manoperă obligatorie în practica stomatologică

Abstract

Rezumat. În stomatologia modernă una dintre cele mai mari probleme o reprezintă controlul şi lupta cu infecţia în timpul efectuării manoperelor curative. Din‑ tre toate metodele cunoscute de izolare a câmpului operator, considerăm că cel mai bun este sistemul Rubber Dam, care nu are analogi atât din punct de vedere al eficienţei, cât şi din punct de vedere al simplităţii folosirii acestuia.

Summary. One of the most important problems in modern dentistry is the control of infection, during dental treatment. From all known methods of isolation of the operating field, we consider that the best is represented by the Rubber Dam system, which has no analogues from the point of view of efficiency and simplicity of use.
