Abstract: Psychosexual development of adolescent girls influences the appearance of some gynecological pathologies in this period. The ethiology of gynecological pathologies is explained by changes in menstrual function and fertility, with subsequent influence on quality of life. Gynecological pathologies in adolescent girls are directly influenced by the degree of psychosexual development. The study included 115 adolescents that came to the Youth Friendly Center Neovita. Adolescent’s development was determined based on Tanner’s pubertal staging. The research was carried out with the help of HEADS tool. The results of the study shows that adolescent girls need more information in sexual and reproductive health. Almost every adolescent enrolled in the study was diagnosed with 1-2 gynecological and/or somatic diseases. It was established that adolescent-friendly health services, promoted by the Youth Friendly Center "Neovita", could contribute significantly to solve the major problem of psychosexual development disorders during adolescence and their correlation to gynecological pathologies.
