dc.description.abstractPhytochemical analysis of 21 plant species from Lamiaceae family has been carried out. Two groups of biologically active compounds were developed: hydroxycinnamic acids, in particular rosmarinic acids, and flavone glycosides, including those methoxylated. The quantitative analysis results have shown, that in some species from Origanum, Salvia and Monarda genera the content of these substances is high enough to study them, as potential sources of new pharmaceutical products with hepato- and angioprotective, antiinflammatory, antioxidant and other effects. The most interesting, from this point of view, species are Monarga fistulosa L. and Salvia sclarea L., as well as two officinal species: Origanum vulgare L. and Salvia officinalis L. S-a efectuat analiza fitochimică a 21 specii de plante din familia Lamiaceae, în care s-au depistat două grupe de compuşi biologic activi: acizii hidroxicinamici, în special acidul rozmarinic, şi glicozidele flavonice, inclusiv cele metoxilate. Rezultatele analizei cantitative au arătat, că în unele specii din genurile Origanum, Salvia şi Monarda, conţinutul acestor substanţe este suficient de mare, fapt ce predispune la studierea lor în calitate de surse potenţiale ale noilor produse farmaceutice cu acţiuni hepato- şi angioprotectoare, antiinflamatoare, antioxidante şi altele. Cele mai interesante din acest punct de vedere sunt speciile Monarga fistulosa L. şi Salvia sclarea L., precum şi două specii oficinale: Origanum vulgare L. şi Salvia officinalis L.en_US
