Abstract: Pulmonary sclerosis this congenital or secondary condition for which local or diffuse growth of a connecting tissue in reply to action of the pathogenic factor is characteristic. The profound studying of a X-ray pattern of a pulmonary sclerosis, as a rule, allows to diagnose an etiology of a pulmonary sclerosis. Evolution of a pulmonary sclerosis progressing, with about complications among which the most serious complications are the respiratory failure and chronic pulmonary heart. Scleroza pulmonară este o afecţiune primară sau secundară locali¬zată sau difuză, datorată unei proliferari exagerate a tesutului conjunctiv pulmonar. Studierea minuţioasă a imaginii radiologice de obicei permite de a stabili natura sclerozei pulmonare. Evoluţia sclerozei pulmonare este progresiva, aparand importante complicatii, cele mai grave fiind insuficienta respiratorie si cordul pulmonar cronic.
