| Abstract: | Our study is based on the analysis of experience of non-operative and surgical treatment of the distal radius fractures in 1776 patients, treated at the CNŞPMU during the year 2005.
Among the 1776 examined patients, 1685 have undergone non-operative treatment and 91 – surgical treatment. Among the 91 patients treated surgically, the Kapandji intrafocal osteosynthesis has been performed in 50 cases, wires osteosynthesis in 39 cases, ligamentocapsulotaxy in the Ilizarov apparatus - 12 cases.
Studiul nostru este bazat pe analiza experienţei tratamentului ortopedic şi chirurgical al fracturilor radiusului distal la 1776 pacienţi trataţi în cadrul punctului traumatologic al CNŞPMU pe parcursul anului 2005.
Dintre cei 1776 pacienţi examinaţi, 1685 au fost trataţi ortopedic şi 91 trataţi chirurgical. Dintre cei 91 pacienţi trataţi chirurgical: osteosinteza intrafocală Kapandji s-a efectuat în 50 cazuri, broşaj stiloidian – 39 cazuri, fixarea cu aparat Ilizarov pentru ligamentotaxie – 12 cazuri. |
