Studiul stabilităţii comprimatelor cu norfloxacină, famotidină, nimesulid şi biseptocid

Abstract

The factor of humidity and temperature influencing the stability of medications Norfloxacin, Phamotidin, Nimesulid and Biseptocid were researched. The modifications of the mean mass of tablettes in the function of the storage time, as well as the depression of concentration of active substances in the conditions of the high temperature were studied. The results of this research were used as for the determination of valability term and for the optimal conditions of storage for medications taken in research.

Este cercetată stabilitatea preparatelor Norfloxacină, Famotidină, Nimesulid şi Biseptocid la acţiunea umidităţii şi temperaturii. S-a studiat modificarea valorilor masei medii a comprimatelor în funcţie de timpul de depozitare, precum şi scăderea concentraţiei principiilor activi din comprimate la temperaturi ridicate. Cercetările efectuate au stat la baza determinării termenilor de valabilitate şi a condiţiilor optime de depozitare pentru medicamentele luate în studiu
