Abstract: Sudan is an African developing country, recently coming out of a big war tragedy that it has still tailed after its negative consequences. Main of who is general health problems among which emerges achild health issues and concerns. Sudan is classified as one of 60 countries, world widely considered to have the highest under-five mortality rate (U5MR). This group (Countdown priority countries), includes those countries with more than 50,000 annual deaths among children under age five or an under-five mortality rate of 90 per thousand live births or greater in 2004. To fulfil its commitment to get timely the targeted goal (MDGs), needs an average annual rate of reduction (AARR) by 2004-2015, of 7.5 instead of the existing one (2.0). Sudan is in need of health reforming system and to deal first with the rudimental factorial issues which it is, in my opinion, the illiteracy among population.
