Abstract: During 11 years associate trauma of zygomatic complex remained constant, taking the 4th place among associate face trauma. Craniocerebral trauma associated with zygomatic complex fracture decreased times, while ethylic ebriety remained on the same level. The most frequent method of zygomatic complex reposition with Limberg hook decrease 3 times.
