Acţiunea imunomodulatoare a imupurinului in vitro prin reacţia de formare a rozetelor

Abstract

Imupurin exerted significant influence on the humoral and cellular immunity. In that way, entomologic drug contributed to the normalization of lymphocytes B and T. Simultaneously, considerable changes in the population of T lymphocytes take place, with the increase of Th, responsible for the formation of interleukines, with subsequent activation of B-lymphocytes, their blasttransformation and production of immunoglobulins.

Imupurinul exercită o influenţă semnificativă asupra imunităţii umorale şi celulare. Astfel, preparatul entomologic a contribuit la normalizarea limfocitelor B şi T. Concomitent au loc modificări importante ale populaţiilor limfocitelor T, cu majorarea Th, responsabile de formarea interleukinelor cu activarea în continuare a limfocitelor B, cu blasttransformarea lor şi producerea de imunoglobuline.
