Abstract: The pneumonias resulted from the infection with virus of (grippe) influenza A(H1N1) do not differ from those initiated by virus of seasonal flu. Nevertheless, by incidence they are more frequent and have an unfavourable prognosis. The analysis of the presented causes suggests that pneumonia in influenza A(H1N1) can be caused by opportunistic infection bacteria that may aggravate and accelerate bad disease progression.
