Reconstrucţia arterelor carotide cu scop de recuperare a deficitului neurologic la pacienţii cu ictus ischemic-perspective de implimentare

Abstract

In this article are presented the analysis results of carotid arteries reconstructive surgeries in patients with carotid arteries occlusion and stroke. The application of the similar study (results surgical treatment of stroke patients) and outcome criteria are presented in stroke patients. Study of the concept of ischemic cerebral postconditioning during surgery on carotid arteries is proposed, results of this study could lead to modification of ischemic cerebral stroke treatment standards.
