Abstract: A total of 16 clinical observations were analyzed, dealing with perforated post-bulbar ulceration in patients, hospitalized and operated in the Surgical Clinic of “St. Trinity” Municipal Clinic Hospital during 1994-2009. The frequency of the perforated post-bulbar ulcer, compared to the total number of patients operated for perforated bulbar ulcers over the same period of time was of 1,8%.
