Abstract: The aim of the study was to evaluate the frequency of Dry Eyes Sindrome (DES), the structure of ethiologic factors and the comparative evaluation of the subiective efficiency of treatment with Oxyal, Vidisic and Oftagel in the therapy of patients with DES using questionaries. The study included 66 patients (132 eyes) divided in 3 groups of study containing 22 patients. As a conclusion, it was established an increasing of stability of tear film twice in patients who used Oxyal and ≈1,7 times in patients with Vidisic and Oftagel. Ţelul acestui studiu a fost studierea frecvenţei sindromului ochiului uscat (SOU), stabilirea structurii factorilor etiologici şi compararea eficienţei cutative subiective a preparatelor Oxyal, Vidisic şi Oftagel în tratamentul pacienţilor cu SOU cu ajutorul chestionării. În studiu a fost incluşi 66 de pacienţi divizaţi în 3 loturi a câte 22 de pacienţi. A fost stabilit o creştere a stabilităţii filmului lacrimal de ≈2 ori la pacienţi care au folosit Oxyal şi de ≈1,7 ori la pacienţi care au utilizat Vidisic şi Oftagel.
